I am very impressed with Baely's Paw Shield customer service. I emailed them regarding wanting to share their Facebook link to my customers (as I am a dog sitter) but I could not find it again and they responded by giving me a one time discount code to give my customers! We love the product! We received it just a few days after ordering, so shipment was super speedy. I've applied it a couple of times to our dogs pads and it works great. I even rub it into my own cuticles when I'm done and it works great for people too!

We live in Vermont and the cold, harsh winters are very tough on our coonhound's large pads. We have applied Baely"s Paw Shield only once since we received it last week and already notice a difference. The cracking has minimized and her pads already are starting to feel smooth again.
