I placed my orderfor paw shield and recieved it witin 5 days. I only used it on my dogs paws for a few days now and have noticed his paws are much softer. We have hardwood floors and he no longer slips & slides around like he use to without the paw shield. It doesn't leave any residue on flooring and absorbs quickly into paws. They have excellent customer service & even included a hand written thank you note with my purchase. I'll definitely be purchasing more. Thanks for making a great product.

We love our Baely’s Paw shield and the nose and callus hydrating balm! I have a dog who refuses normally to give me her paws for wax, but with the Baely’s she LOVES it and she gets excited when she sees the tin! It hydrated her paws and she isn’t slipping on our laminate floors anymore! Wonderful product! 4 paws up! (Belly scratch!)

Just tried the product on our Bernedoodle for the first time last night, so hoping for the best for its effectiveness. I am so impressed with the level of communication and user friendliness of this family owned business! After I placed my order, I immediately received a personal note thanking me for my patronage and offering to ansiany questions I may have. Along with my product, another hand-written note that Baely’s thanked me again, and pointed me to a website where I found application instructions and frequently asked questions about the product. Our Bernedoodle puppy loves the snow, and I think has already developed a bit of a callous that seems to have cracked and (of course) we realized this on this holiday weekend, so I’m grateful to have this product to hopefully ease the discomfort until we can get him to the vet next week!
