It was very easy to purchase the paw shield product and the checkout process was straightforward. What I really loved was the timeliness of receiving the paw shield, it was quick! Along with a personal handwritten note from the owner makes me feel very trusting in the company. I love that level of customer service and appreciate when businesses add a special touch. So far I have only done 2 applications of the product on my dogs pads, it's simple to apply. I call it giving him a pawdicure.

I received my order promptly & have only good things to say about my experience. My dogs don't normally like to have their paws handled, but, once I started to apply the Paw Shield, they stopped resisting & let me finish without a fuss. It's like they could feel it was helping them. We have linoleum & hardwood floors & they used to slide a LOT. Now that we've put the Pay Shield on their pads, it's like they are walking on carpet & can hit the brakes when we throw their toys. I ABSOLUTELY, recommend this product for EVERY dog owner. Love, love, love the product and experience. Easy and concise website. fast shipping, great video on how to apply. My dogs paws were HORRIBLE and they HATE anyone getting close to their paws. But they both sat and just let me apply the paw shield with np. I noticed a difference with the first application. Their paws are smoother and even look a healthier color. We walk everyday in rough fields and in the woods where they step on sticks and twigs so I think this is going to be really beneficial. I don't know about how they shield the snow b/c we don't have any currently. But my dogs refuse to wear booties so I am really hoping the paw shield works just as well for protection as it does for healing.

I loved that I received an email & a personalized thank you card. I have only applied the Paw Shield to my dogs dry, cracking & scratchy pads once so far but they are noticeably softer.
