We had a little problem with the first one ordered. The company quickly replaced it. It is wonderful. My 70 lb 7 month-old Labrador Retriever thinks jumping on me and puppy biting is the best thing in the world. I am 70 and I'm not up to all of that. A no and a quick nick makes him remember he isn't supposed to do that. I think this product will help him grow into a wonderful dog. I highly recommend it. He looks really cute in the camo colors.

Wow, product works great on a stubborn pet. I like the fact it is easy to use and very effective on large dogs. I try not to use it for obvious reason, but when necessary it gets their attention.
The only possible complaint I have is that the battery life goes pretty quick on the collar. I am starting to pay attention to it to make sure that it is an issue before I call support.
When I was researching I was chatting online with a sales rep and they were great. They happily helped me with all my questions, and then I came back an hour later and made the purchase.
Overall, you can't go wrong with this product.

The old collar was the same Dogtra model. My dog went off the diving dog at the new dog park nose-first and went straight to the bottom which I think was too much for the collar. The only suggestion I'd make is to prominently display instructions for activating a replacement collar - a simple call to Customer Service did the trick but not until after I'd spent a sleepless night wondering if I had to return it and replace it with a new collar AND controller. Bottom line, however, is that this is the perfect collar for the use to which it is put.
