my second collar from Dogtra so far its been great. I tried another popular bran and only got 1 year use and it wont work any longer

The 282C is a good collar. The box did say limited lifetime warranty, but it doesn't have one. It is a 2 year warranty. Dogtra should take that off the box. Other than that Dogtra is the only remote collar we use for our dog training business. DogtraUSA had good prices and service too.

I have 2 e-collars that have been in service for about 8 years. Replaced the batteries, that's about it! When you call usually ships out the same day. Great service and products.

When I received the wrong item. They quickly responded. I received the correct item in a few days and return label for the incorrect item.

Dummy collar worked like a charm... Keeps my dogs from barking when on.. Extra collars fit my regular dogtra perfect which is great with multiple dogs they love to chew collars.. So extra collars are a must for me... Love the color choices too.

While the product itself performs as advertised and was recommended by a professional trainer Dogtra should issue a pamphlet giving minimal how to guidelines with applicable disclaimers. Product rating 5 stars. Company customer support 0 stars.

Hi Katherine, the 24 Hour Contact Pad is not actually a Dogtra product. Its manufactured by CJE Products and resold by many dealers an manufactures so we dont make pamphlets or any other marketing or instructions besides what comes in the bag. However, im not exactly sure what you mean by "no customer support" for this item. It's only the Pad and 2 washers and nuts and it replaces the contact points. You just unscrew the contact points with the provided Contact Points tool and replace them with the Pad. Anyone over here can explain this to you.

happy that after about 6 years of working beautifully, I only had to replace the batteries in my unit and not the whole thing. batteries arrived quickly and after the switch, my collar and remote also up to speed again.

Works as advertised. The company shipped the battery quickly and emailed a video link to me that showed me exactly what I needed to replace the battery and instruction on exactly how to do it. E-collar works like new again ...thank you!

I got a two used RR Delux receivers, and neither battery would hold a charge more than 8 hours. I looked online and in town for replacement batteries but couldn't beat Dogtra on price and delivery. both batteries charged right up and these ones hold the charge quite well. Love their products.

My transactions with dograUSA has been more than satisfactory. They were very helpful via online chat, the delivery came almost the next day and it was all very painless. I will most definitely only purchase from dograUSA in the future.

The first time and most unfortunately, I transacted with another dogra distributor, and my experience was absolutely terrible, they refused to credit a purchase where they mistakenly sent a wrong item.
