The 282C is a good collar. The box did say limited lifetime warranty, but it doesn't have one. It is a 2 year warranty. Dogtra should take that off the box. Other than that Dogtra is the only remote collar we use for our dog training business. DogtraUSA had good prices and service too.

Dummy collar worked like a charm... Keeps my dogs from barking when on.. Extra collars fit my regular dogtra perfect which is great with multiple dogs they love to chew collars.. So extra collars are a must for me... Love the color choices too.

Hi Katherine, the 24 Hour Contact Pad is not actually a Dogtra product. Its manufactured by CJE Products and resold by many dealers an manufactures so we dont make pamphlets or any other marketing or instructions besides what comes in the bag.
However, im not exactly sure what you mean by "no customer support" for this item. It's only the Pad and 2 washers and nuts and it replaces the contact points. You just unscrew the contact points with the provided Contact Points tool and replace them with the Pad. Anyone over here can explain this to you.

I got a two used RR Delux receivers, and neither battery would hold a charge more than 8 hours. I looked online and in town for replacement batteries but couldn't beat Dogtra on price and delivery. both batteries charged right up and these ones hold the charge quite well. Love their products.
