I’m sorry to say that I really wasn’t impressed with my shopping experience at all. The ordering process was confusing as we were trying to take advantage of a great sale but there were no clear instructions on how to obtain the advertised merchandise (the promotion advertised getting a certain number of free CDs with the purchase of five). We even sent an email message asking for clarification/assistance but received no reply. We also understand that there were unforeseen circumstances which caused delays in delivery, but even when the package was shipped it remained “on route to a distribution center” for an unreasonable period of time. While this may have been a postal service issue, the shipment shouldn’t have been sent by regular mail since your customers were already greatly inconvenienced by the order processing delay to begin with. To be honest, I would request a refund as quickly as possible if it was just me, but these cds were a gift for my husband. Overall, I would not shop with this company again. Even the feedback form on your email didn’t work!
