Steep learning curve for anyone not familiar with VBA processes. Slightly intuitive GUI with very odd scaling across tool bar. Still trying to find the right adjustment areas for a few actions.
Overall AutoMacro is a bit too expensive but may be handy to have in a pinch.

I just purchase AutoMacro yesterday and am already seeing the benefits of this productivity tool pay off. I was a COBOL and Java developer in the past, but am not familiar with VBA, so this is helping me get up to speed quickly. I highly recommend it! The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that the tutorial and some of the icons seem a little dated looking. It could just be my interface (32-bit Windows). In any case, I think this is money well spent.

This is an excellent product. I only wish that I would have had this available several years ago when I was initially learning to code with VBA, it would have saved countless hours of trying to search the internet for solutions that are easily found within this product.

Such an impressive Excel Add-in. Whilst i am an advanced user and purchased this to speed up quite a large workload, i wish this was available during my learning years.....i'd imagine they would have gone a lot easier! its so simple to use and does not look out of place in the tool bar, it honestly looks like it comes as part of an Excel installation.

Very solid set of tools! Very handy if you're working quickly and don't have time to fumble through random code snippets online. The price is a bit steep and it would be REALLY helpful if there were video tutorials walking through samples of each element.

TL;DR: For beginners, it won't write code magically by clicking on buttons. (my wishful thinking). The tools are outstandingly efficiently.
- I was hoping it would allow a beginner to write VBA. (I can't write 1 complete module). I can cut and paste pieces of VBA from the internet and understand structure. With this limited knowledge, I'm able to use a few tools on Automacro. I haven't studied the tutorial, but upon skimming, the content is rich and understandable. Automacro is a shortcut for programming; not a predictive auto-complete
