The tool doesn’t work on Macs, but the website doesn’t mention operating system requirements. I didn’t discover this until I’d bought it. While my requested refund came through immediately, a sensible declaration of its intended target would’ve saved us all some inconvenience & annoyance. I wanted to leave zero stars but this review tool wouldn’t let me.
