Great E-bike that feels like a regular bike due to its light weight. I use it almost every day to get to work. Quickly carry the bike up the stairs ... no problem. Very flexible and easy to use without an additional display. Exactly what I wanted.

Tolles E-Bike, das sich aufgrund seines leichten Gewichts wie ein normales Fahrrad anfühlt. Ich benutze es fast täglich für den Arbeitsweg. Auch schnell mal die Treppe hochtragen... kein Problem. Sehr flexibel und einfach zum Bedienen ohne einen zusätzlichen Display. Genau was ich wollte

I'm riding my ampler for a couple of months now. The only things I'm not fully satisfied with:
- the tires it came with had no puncture protection thought there are very similar lightweight Conti tires with it. Had a flat tire after only 200km...
- the mudguard squeaks a little when riding over right terrain.

Other than that. It's perfect lightweight and fast. Just as i hoped for

Mein Stout gefällt mir sehr gut. Der Sattel bereitet mir jedoch Probleme am Steißbein.

I decided on an Ampler bike because that design is very nice. Most e-bikes look like a moped. Not so that Ampler Bike.
it is also very nice that it is so light and drives very well even without electric drive. For short distances I do not use the engine,
I am very satisfied.

When I first got the bike there was an issue with the bluetooth, but this has now been fixed and everything works as it should.

Great bike. Great customer support and tech department.

Overall, this is an awesome e-bike, and the best bicycle I have ever owned. The hardware is top notch and I have no complaints about that.

I have some suggested improvements, however. They are all on the software side.

When taking off, the lag from pedal input to mo tor assist is too long, I'd like to be able to control that.

I'd like Apple Watch support for navigation. There's no way I'm going to mount my iPhone on the bike and risk it falling off.

The iPhone app is crappy, in various ways. It's just not quite there in terms of quality, usability, and functionality. It appears to be a whitelabel version from Comodule. To really stand out, you guys should do your own firmware and software. In fact, I'd like the software side opened up, open source or at least an API, so I could do my own tweaks.

I‘m so happy with my Curt. I really love ❤️ to ride it.
It is such a beautiful, stylish and fast bike.
And it’s also a pleasure to ride without the motor support. Feels like a normal bike.
Cycling uphill is so much easier.
The delivery was fast and uncomplicated.

Ich bin absolut zufrieden, es hält, was es verspricht!

Das Fahrgefühl ist super, weil es nicht einfach unkontrolliert losboostet, sondern man durch die eigene Art Druck reinzugeben, gut steuern kann, wie stark/schnell es unterstützt. Fühlt sich dadurch recht natürlich beim Fahren an.
Die 10 Gänge reichen völlig aus, ich habe bisher noch keinen zusätzlichen vermisst. Allerdings wohne ich in einem eher flachen Gebiet und kann nicht beurteilen wie es in den Bergen wäre.

Ich fahre Curt oft auch ohne Unterstützung, wenn ich sie nicht brauche. Auch das geht gut. Fährt sich eigentlich wie ein ganz normales Fahrrad. Ich habe nicht das Gefühl, dass ich dabei gegen einen Widerstand trete. Es ist also auch kein Problem, sollte der Akku mal unterwegs leer gehen.

Ich trage Curt jeden Tag in den Keller, Treppen bei dem Leichtgewicht - kein Problem! Auch das Rad mit über den Bahnhof in den Zug zu nehmen, kein Thema!

Sattel ist für mich bequem, auch bei längeren Strecken. Lenkergriffe sind eher schmalstehend. Da musste ich mich etwas umgewöhnen, ist aber nicht unangenehm.

Die Beleuchtung ist super hell. Damit kann ich begeistert auch auf meinem Arbeitsweg durch das Stück Wald ohne Laternen fahren, wo es im Winter wirklich stockfinster ist. Noch nie habe ich so gut gesehen und wurde ich so gut gesehen. Daumen hoch!

Ich finde Curt sieht richtig sportlich und schön clean aus, ohne Schnickschnack, ein echter Hingucker! Das matte schwarz ist sehr schön. Und außer an dem unauffälligen Knopf und der Ladebuchse, sieht man eigentlich gar nicht, dass es ein E-Bike ist. Daher habe ich auch keine Bedenken, es irgendwo in der City abzuschließen. Genial! Standardfrage von Freunden: "Echt?? Das ist ein E-Bike??"

Das Zusammenbauen war super easy. Curt kommt gut vorbereitet in einem Karton, mit super (kurzer aber ausreichender) Bauanleitung mit Bild und Text, einem sehr schönen Werkzeugcase, das ist alles richtig gut für den Nutzer durchdacht und macht Freude!
Danke liebes Ampler-Team, dass ihr so viel Liebe ins Detail steckt!

Also alles in allem bin ich wirklich richtig happy!

Einzige zwei Kritikpunkte bzw. Verbesserungsvorschläge:
- Der Lack bekommt relativ schnell Kratzer, also ist beim Handling mit dem Schloss Vorsicht geboten. Und auch beim Anlehnen/Abstellen, da Curt ja keinen Ständer hat.
- Der An-/Aus-Knopf, mit dem man alles steuert, könnte praktischer positioniert sein. Das hat sicherlich seine technischen Gründe. Noch genialer wäre es aber für den User, wenn der Knopf oben wäre, dann muss man sich nicht immer so bücken, oder absteigen, um einen Modus zu wechseln (was ich nie unterwegs, sondern immer nur vor Abfahrt tue) oder das Licht anzuschalten. Schlimm ist es nicht, aber man könnte es noch verbessern.

Aber diese beiden Dinge tun Curt keinen Abbruch. Ich bin mega happy mit diesem Rad, habe richtig Spaß damit, fühle mich leicht und wendig darauf und kann jedem Gegenwind mit Leichtigkeit trotzdem und meinem kaputten Knie geht es trotzdem gut! Von mir auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne für dieses Hammer Teil!

Deze fiets oogt niet alleen mooi, hij rijdt ook super! Echter had ik pech want na enige tijd viel de elektrische ondersteuning weg. Mogelijks een fabricagefout. Na contact met de Ampler service heb ik een aantal handelingen ondernomen die door Ampler me werden aanbevolen. Jammergenoeg zal het probleem elders zijn geweest en werd me snel de ophaling van de fiets beloofd. De fiets werd in een mum van tijd hersteld en terug aan huis geleverd. Volledig in orde en als nieuw! Sindsdien rijdt ik er nu ongeveer een jaar mee en ik mag zeggen dat niet alleen de fiets van kwaliteit getuigd ook de dienst-na-verkoop is top! Dank Ampler! Jullie zijn super bezig! Geen andere fiets is zo licht, lijkt op een gewone (niet-elektrische) fiets en oogt zo mooi als de mijne! Doe zo voort!

Heerlijke fiets voor woon werk verkeer. Stap elke keer weer met plezier op de fiets. Ook met windkracht 5 tegen.

I am very happy with this beautiful bike.

It's a good bike. There are various "tweaks " I would like to see.
1. I have to access my "speed" settings from my iPhone which is not always convenient , a small button on the handlebars would be most useful. On my Raleigh I am accessing speed control all the time
2. The spray painting is not of good quality and easily scratched . I also have a Raleigh Modus where the paint is much more resilient .
3. The gear change is great and the bike is much lighter than the Raleigh.

Beautiful Bike, feels solid, not too heavy.
Only Problem is that app is not working well with Bike and Phone so i can only see total time and top speed and No other recorded parameters. I have a Samsung s10 Android phone.
So at this time the app is useless for me. I contacted support several times and they said app team would work on this. I would like an extra battery charger but they are suite expensive.
