Alles bestens! Tolles Rad. Mein Rad hatte bereits nach 10 Tagen einen Defekt am Leerlauf, den die Vertragswerkstatt ohne Umschweife repariert hat. Scheint ein bekanntes Problem zu sein, dessen Ursache man noch nicht kennt. Der erste Gang hakt ein wenig, was wohl an der Geometrie des Zahnkranzes an der Hinterradnarbe liegen soll. Auch das scheint bei Ampler bekannt zu sein. Da der erste Gang beim Fahren mit der elektrischen Unterstützung kaum eine Rolle spielt, ist der Fehler nicht wichtig. Trotzdem rundherum ein tolles Rad!

Beautiful and delicious bicycle. App works well, but drains the smartphone rather quickly.
I have not yet found a suitable smartphone holder for the middle of the handlebar (above the pen), which meets all my wishes / requirements...
Alternately I use the offered Abus folding light-lock for 'short-term parking' and/or the heavier and longer Abus-variant (Art2) for 'long-term parking'. Both locks fit well with and on the Curt.
I think a standard or bag carrier is out of place on this bike and not really necessary.
However, a bicycle bell is required and I have found a very suitable one for that: Knog Oi Classic matt-black (small), which fits nicely and conveniently between handlebar and brake.

It's a good bike for riding in towns and cities on even surfaces. A suspension fork would be very convenient and for my needs for cycling on the country in fact needed.

Beautiful and fun to ride - that is my impression of the Ampler Curt. The build quality and parts used on the bike are really great, the all black look and matte paint really looks great. Finding a "stealth" bike like this was not easy, there's only a few other brands on the market. The only thing I missed when unwrapping the bike was a bell and a cap to protect the charging port, the first is easy to find the latter is more tricky.
Overall I am very happy with the bike, it is well worth the 5 stars. And once Ampler comes out with a matching female model, I will purchase that so I can keep the Curt for myself :-)

Ordered it after thorough research, was looking forward to receiving it very much, got and installed it in matter of minutes and enjoy riding it every single second since then! I love my new bike. It's lightweight and looks great compared to other ebikes. The motor is great for buzzing around the city - particularly pulling away at lights and junctions. I still have to do a bit of work on hills, but it makes it much easier. Overall very happy.

Loving my Ampler Curt. Its a nippy ride on urban roads through traffic and easily copes with hopping onto unsurfaced urban cycle tracks. Light enough to ride without power and with assist on it picks up straight away when pressure is applied to pedals for swift get away at the lights. The app on phone means no kit left visible when parked up. Only downside for me was operating between settings can't be done on the move from the on/off switch. Delivery and after sales service has been great even between Estonia and Manchester UK during lock down.

My wife wanted an electric bike which was no heavier than her old bike. The Ampler Stellar is perfect. Feels just like a non-electric bike - light and easy to ride. We now go cycling together, including local hills and routes which would have been impossible on the old bike. The Stellar is well made and looks great. Nobody knows it is electric - until we get to those hills!

I am a follower of Ampler since the crowdfunding in Indigogo. Finally now I bought a bike: the stellar.
I was in doubt if buy the curt following the performance or choose the comfort (I have a baby). Then I’ve choose the comfort, but I can tell you that the performance are also there. The bike is speedy, lightweight and the assistance is really well done.
I am so happy when I ride my stellar. Very recommended purchase.

i orderd a curt ampler . they said it would take a week or 2 . they delivered the bike in belgium in 5 days, even in this ****** corona decade.
the bike is awsome.. easy to install.. even without battery a piece of cake to ride with.
when you open the box, there is a spanking brandnew bike without schratches or what so ever...
it takes 10 min ,to take it out for a spin. no doubt to buy this bike !
