Matt was very reasonable to work with; straightforward, fun, and sensible. He was ready to show me any unit on the lot to help determine which size to get. He ran through every item in the contract but also gave me time to read it word for word myself, no pressure. 10/10 would store there again.

Outstanding customer service sets this place apart from rest, they went out of their way on the phone and in person to help look for ways to better their service with questions. Excellent location (not even a minute away from I-25 exit) and prices first attracted me, but because of staff they will get future business and referrals from me. This was the first place I called because of reviews, and ended up wasting time calling 8 other places which could not match the price when their "one time" set up fee is included. They offer active duty military discount as well as a one time coupon on their website.

If you have to store your belongings or RV....this is the place you want. Nick and Heather are awesome! They are very nice and go that extra mile to accommodate their customers. We are so glad we found their facility. Best in Colorado Springs in our opinion. And we have used 3 other places.

Second time w/American Storage, clean facility, security gate, high ceiling units, and unique locks on the units. Over a year this time, and stuff stayed pretty dust free; that is good, but most importantly; even after all the downpour rains this year ( 2014 ), I could find *zero* evidence that any water ever got in the unit.
If I need storage space again ( hooray military, lol ), Am Storage will be on the top of the choices.

I am very impressed with the outstanding service at American Storage. Excellent rates & an abundance of size choices to fit any need. American Storage has all the amenities; it is safe, secure, well-lit & has 24 hour access. Easy highway access. I had to do a cross-country move on my own with a huge truck & I was very nervous, but Nicholas (the residential manager) made every aspect of the move easy & effortless for me. He was able to quickly help with all the details of a complicated move. Nicholas was genuinely concerned that I get what I needed. Choose AMERICAN STORAGE in Colorado Springs !!! Best storage facility around!! My husband and I lived in Fountain, received orders to deploy, and needed a place to store items that we would need just before and right after we returned. I did thorough research of storage units around Colorado Springs/Fountain and this is by far the best. If you live in the southern part of Colorado Springs or in Fountain it is definitely worth the drive. The management was excellent in working with us after we returned from the deployment and very attentive to his customers!!

Fit 2 vehicles (camero & Nissan XTerra) side by side with enough space to get to the back and in/out vehicles. Also had plenty of extra room for storage of household items and room to spare. ........
24hr access, GREAT service from the staff, very clean facilities with coated flooring, military discount, e-billing was always on time, great price, easy access off of I-25, well lit........
I recommend this facility and will always use this company in the future!!

From 1500 miles I came, tired, worn out and frustrated. Nicholas met me with a laugh and a great unit. No hassle and lots of great candy. The location is clean and well kept.
