I was a little hesistant to order my buduoir album online instead of through my photographer but I’m so glad that I did! The albums ordered through my photographer were so expensive for the same product with high quality. The album arrived quickly in protective packaging with absolutely beautiful lay flat formats so that my high-definition pictures were seamless and extremely clear. The faux-leather cover with a personalized message for my soon-to-be husband is exactly what I wanted! I would absolutely order from altar albums again.

we are very happy with our album. I was pleasantly surprised that the album did arrive with an accompanying 10x10 box for safe-keeping and also a cloth. Some of the pictures within the album came out darker than expected, but other than that the pictures are good.

I am very pleased with the quality of the finished product. It is a beautiful album. There are some challenges working with the website. I had difficulty signing on at one time and couldn't get it to reset the password. I had difficulty getting it to change the layout for a day or two. These problems resolved after a few days. I was wanting some different options for the layouts that were not available for some pages. I think that some of the descriptions online are not detailed enough of the products. The description of how it comes (in a cloth bag and then in a nice box) were not included so I chose to order the leather box and then felt it wasn't necessary. They were extremely workable in arranging a return with reimbursement.
