I ordered this album to give to my in laws as a Christmas present. It was absolutely gorgeous. The quality of the book was perfect. The customer service was great. I actually placed my order on the last day for Christmas delivery. I made a mistake on the date on the cover of the album and immediately placed calls and emails to advise of the mistake. They had to stop production of my album in order to print the corrected version with the correct date. Even though it was my mistake they still delivered the album on time before Christmas. I have no complaints with this company and will definitely order again. The software is easy to use. Just download the software and off you go. I highly recommend this company for your wedding album.

My wife and I chose the Anza album for our wedding album and we couldn't be happier with the result and the customer service we received. The software was easy to use; we had a few questions, which were answered in a timely manner; and the end product is very high quality. We had an issue where the photos were cropped too close to the bottom of the page on a couple of pages. I emailed customer service and sent a couple of photos from my phone, to show the issue. Bridebox printed another entire album, with the issue corrected, and shipped it out - easy! Very impressed with the level of customer service from an online retailer. Some stores don't provide the same level of service. We would definitely recommend Bridebox for your wedding album.

I ordered two Lake albums as Christmas gifts for my parents and in-laws and was very pleased with the final product. The quality was great for the price. As far as designing the album, I have a bit of a design background, so I enjoyed the process of creating the albums on my own. I was able to create two different versions with slightly different photos, which was really nice. But it was definitely time consuming. If you don't have a lot of time and patience, you may get frustrated with the process. I did like how you could save the album, and make changes to it later. That allowed me to complete it over two days. Overall, the software was fairly easy to use. However, one negative I found was that when I first tried to download the software and use it on my Mac laptop, it was really slow and pretty much impossible to use. I ended up downloading it on a PC laptop instead and it ran much better. So if you ony have a Mac computer, I would not recommend using the software.
