the technicians and staff all deserve 5star each. They are precise, hard working and attention to details. Every question i raised they answered spontaneously and accurately. The owner of the business came personally to check the whole installation before he "okay" the job is finished.

I chose Alliance Climate Control to replace an aging Brivis ducted gas heater. Really pleased that I did. They took a lot of care to get the installation right, and I was really impressed with the effort they went to get the ducting perfect. I dealt with a few people during the process, from the person that quoted, to the guys that did the install, even people in their office. Each one of them was professional, and competent. No hesitation in giving them 5 stars, and would use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

Here is the standard pricing for anyone who is wondering since they wont tell you before arriving. Quoted total $473 to service and clean a standard 5kw split sytem which includes - $260 basic service, then $213 for recommended chemical clean. The guy who came was professional and polite.

I was told clearly what would happen before work began and the Alliance team worked quickly and efficiently. They did a great job cleaning up afterA whole team turned up to instal multi faceted aircon in my apartment over two levels. Polite, professional, taking extra care to clean up after themselves. These guys knew their stuff. It was a complex install but at no time did they falter in their tasks. It took close to 8 hours for 4 guys to complete and they remained truly professional to the end of the job. Alliance office staff are also articulate and communication was constant and informative.wards too.
