I recently ordered an owl whistle to be used when taking my class out on woodland field trips.
I requested, on ordering, a prompt delivery if possible as it was needed fairly quickly.
I received a prompt reply with reassurance that it would be processed quickly- I was very impressed.
Unfortunately, due to the Monday Bank holiday I didn’t receive it in time to use in Tuesday- however After Alice got in touch with an apology and refunded my delivery charge.
Thank you so much- amazing personal service and really appreciate your delivery charge refund.
The owl whistle is perfect and I’m sure it will be a useful and fun way to round up my class!

‘Sarcina momentum‘ spell worked beautifully. I was impressed as this is a muggle shop but the parcel was well packaged and the exchange range from galleons to muggle money from Gringotts is good at the moment (considering their exity thingy). The game looks intriguing (and will certainly keep us occupied when Bryan’s roof leaking spell goes awry!)but I got this for the family as a Christmas present so I am unable to comment on the product itself. However, I have heard from friends that if you are a whiz with charms and enjoy playing in a team it will appeal to you very much! No cheating with Felix Felicis! Benediximus. And Myrtle, if you are reading this, can you please return the English crocket pattern sheet please? Thank you dear. I wonder what the muggles will make of it.......
