The shopping experience worked very well.
However, I can make no further comment on the item as I bought it online in New Zealand, but it was delivered to my Niece who lives in the UK.

Fantastic customer service! Martine went out of her way to suggest toys that my son may be interested in based on their first hand experience, which was so valuable. A very unique collection of toys and activities, many of which I’d never seen before, which made shopping on the website an absolute pleasure.
I would highly recommend for children of any age!
