It can be really hard to find a hosting service that actually responds to tickets in a timely manner, but the few times I've had to write in and ask for help the support team at Active Gamehost have always replied quickly and with helpful instructions (and even an offer to do the heavy lifting for you if appropriate!). I have over a decade in Customer Support and a few years in hosted servers, these guys are amazing and have earned a customer in me for some time to come.

I'm extremely new to the whole server hosting thing - I can however say that in my first month with ActiveGameHost I was not only able to host two of my own servers to play with all my friends on, but I was able to learn so much about hosting, how the code works, how to set up mods, and keep my server modified the way i want and easily updated. I have already sworn up and down to my friends about how easy and affordable this set up is.
