Everything was a great experience. Though the customer service wasn't quite 24hr as advertised (there was at least 2 times my questions went unanswered) they were extremely pleasant, responsive and knowledgeable all other times. Many conveniences such as configuration tools and it was all intuitive. I did however have several instances of some of my settings being overridden depending on which tool I used. Just stick with manual text editing. I also had one instance of an inadvertent server restart because I changed a scheduled task and it didn't tell me it would trigger a restart. Overall though, I got to do everything I wanted all while dealing with great people.

Customer service is always available and always helpful. My server is always up and running, with no lag and the control panel is easy to use. I have used a few server hosting providers and while most of them offer the same features and same user interfaces, this company offers a far superior positive experience via their customer service. Every time I have needed to speak to someone, there was someone available and who was very knowledgeable in assisting me. Highly recommend!

Support is fast to respond, friendly and gets right to it. Had an issue with my server not connecting and they got it fixed and set up quickly and efficiently.
The actual server has been great, the ping is awesome and once I stopped breaking it worked flawlessly.
Their Control Panel could have a bit more to it, as additional things I wanted I had to change the ini file myself. If you know how to do that though, it's all there and easy enough to access.

i really wanted to figure out the control panel all by myself. It was very user friendly and i didn't want to bug the help team, but i came across some issues i could just not resolve by myself, so i contacted chat help... i was pleasantly suprised that they were enthusiastic and not bothered at all by my questions. Chris gave me simple instructions and was patient while waiting for me to complete each step. a great first experience using a server provider. Will be a customer for a long time!!!
