A very frustrating product. No instructions on how to adjust server settings or change maps. Server crashes randomly on default settings. Server "times out" the moment you try logging in. Server has to be removed and added back to your Steam favorite servers, and Steam has to be restarted every time you want to update something.

This is hands down the BEST server host I've ever used. As someone who looks for total control and customization over my servers, this was my best ARK server experience, as I could do anything I wanted when it came to tailoring my servers the way I wanted. The servers ran buttery smooth except when ARK was, you know, ARK, but other than that, I had 100% uptime on a three server cluster. The best thing about ActiveGameHost though is their chat customer service. If I had a question about ANY issue, no matter how small, they were always willing and helped walk me through what I needed to do fix it. And I never waited more than a few seconds for a response from their team. Awesome servers and awesome customer service all at a good price. I cannot recommend these guys enough. 11/10
