Every time I have had an issue the response has been immediate. For some companies this is an afterthought. While sometimes the issue could not be resolved immediately, it was still a pretty quick turn around. The prices for the servers are reasonable. Discount for clustered servers!!

So far I've had a few servers with Active Gamehost and have not had a bad experience with them. Their servers are stable, affordable and have very good support. The support normally has a quick response, are knowledgeable on their servers and are very helpful. From my time using Active Gamehost I couldn't recommend them enough to people looking for an affordable quality server host.

I have been running game servers for approximately 6 years. I have had numerous different server hosts, all with varying degrees of satisfaction. A friend was using ActiveGameHost for a server I was his admin for. Fell in love with their service. Quick responses to tickets, expert help in troubleshooting issues, friendly staff and easy to use admin panel are just a few of the reasons, but they are the biggest ones. I have since started using them for my own servers and couldn't be happier.

Active Gamehost is a great game host for the ARK game. My friends and I had no lag or any technical issues keeping the game running and patched. I am very happy with the ease of use as I was new to the cloud host solution and it was great. Thanks and highly recommend!

I have used many server providers for ARK and haven't found anyone that competes with Active Gamehost. They provide a quality, simple to use service that is fast, responsive, and cheap. I use them to play through ARK with my friends every couple of months. They make adding mods, configs, and other settings/changes easy.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. They know what they are doing, they do it well, and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg for the good service.

Overall great service. The 24 hour helpline is great and the interface is extremely simple. It lets you get as involved(or uninvolved) you want to be as an admin manager. All the settings can be adjusted with simple fields or by text for those who know how. It also has fantastically simple mod adding, updating, and removal support!

I've never had my own server for anything before, never sought out a company to host something for me so I could enjoy it in MY way with my friends/family without having to deal with the nonsense that comes with more public/official servers. The guys at Active Gamehost have done that for me in spades, it has only been a few days with the server being up but every issue I've had has been answered thoroughly and courteously. Stuck Dino? No problem, let's explain it and teach you how to fly that T-Rex right on out of the ocean! Can't find/connect to your server? We moved the IP, here's what you need to do to load everything and reset the favorite so you can find it easily! Thanks guys, truly, I hope this is the type of service you offer all your clients because if so, you're gonna be around a LONG time!

Have been running ark servers since it came out, been with a few different hosts, Active game host has by FAR been the most hands on responsive and helpful out of all of them. Thankfully i found them and haven't had to look anywhere else again. It could be anything from a question i have about server settings, lag, mod mismatches, pretty much any and every ridiculous thing i have asked them, and they actually took time out to look it up and research on their end to help me resolve the problem.(if u are ever getting REALLY bad lag, its something u messed up in settings, trust me lol) The response time is FAST and has gotten even faster. When dealing with them no matter which tech support it is, I feel like i am getting a genuine person to person experience, it succeeds by far customer service of any i have ever experienced! If u are looking to host a server look no more. Active game host has done wonders for me, and the community ive built!

Customer service is lovely and polite! Very helpful- they respond almost immediately and will help you test things out on your server to troubleshoot. They're very knowledgeable about the games they host and were able to resolve my problem pretty quickly. Would recommend!

We have had no issues on the server side, a great experience with the team, and lots of questions. The server is ALWAYS running smooth as can be with no lag.
