The process was smooth and easy. I ordered the lab from my car as I sat outside in front of the clinic, walked in to the lab and my requisition was there. The technician had two patients before me, however, I had my labs drawn within 30 minutes and I was well on my way to work afterwards. Excellent process.

Good service, but the "turnaround" time could have been better. I'm accustomed to Kaiser where test results are almost instant, within a few hours. Yours was okay, but it took from Thursday afternoon to Monday noon.

I was very glad to find your info on the Internet. I love the thought that you can order your own blood test without a doctors order and appreciate the low prices. I felt your service was quick and was glad to be able to get the results myself and fax them to a doctor.
