Phone customer service was excellent as was the speed of the test results. The test site was under-staffed - there was nobody in the front and wait time quite slow, operating first come first serve. Even though we had an appointment, we waited more than 30 minutes.

It was a Saturday morning and place was crowded but the people at the front window did a great job of getting folks signed in and on to the blood draw. The woman who drew my blood, I think her name was Natasha, was very good. She was pleasant and positive but knew what she was doing. The results came in an email by Tuesday - so that is good too! I will continue to go back
