The cost was reasonable and the online ordering was extremely easy. The results came back well within the time frame expected. Overall excellent experience.

Very quick reporting of results and I like that you use Quest Diagnostics - they are well known and have a lot of locations. Easy ordering too. I have submitted the Titer Test I ordered to the school, so I am waiting to see if they have any issues with it. If there are no issues, I would give you guys a 10.

It would be helpful to have Accessa Labs named on the board in the lobby. It took me 10 minutes to find where I needed to go for my test. The ladies once found were wonderful

I wish more medical service like this would be available including doctors visits. Great to know the price up front. With medical insurance you never know any fees or prices up front. They always make billing errors ....

you guys were awesome! the process was smooth and simple. I got my labs on time and quest diagnostics was awesome no issues when specimens were collected. I really appreciated that i could fax my orders through your website as well as the results being sent in pdf form.
