Everything went well with you guys until we got to the actual lab. Nobody told me that we need to print our work order and, when we went to the lab and tried to show the lady the work order and payment on my phone she was extremely rude and dismissive. She didn't even allowed me to talk or to show what we have. I went around trying to find a place to print the work order. You guys should better train the people that are working at the lab - bad bad customer service.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong test. I felt it was partially due to some ambiguity to the info online. When I contacted Accesa via email, a rep responded within a few hours. And the test that I needed to have done was completed with no extra charge. I am very pleased with Accesa's response time and customer service. I would use their service again.

you sent me a survey email because my order is complete. But I have not yet received the results from the TB test-- so now I have to call in tomorrow and see if a- the results were lost somehow (I checked my spam filter) or b- the results are not done yet but you sent me a notice my order is complete which is very confusing to me. I don't like your process
