The wait was very long once I got to the lab. It would be helpful to have lab contact information, particularly telephone numbers on your website so I could have called in advance to make an appointment versus waking in at peak times.

The wait took awhile but as I didn't have an appointment that was expected. The tech that drew my lab was very nice and professional, overall very pleasant experience

Your service is awesome. It was so fast (results received in about one day). I've used Accesa labs in the past but have never been emailed my results so quickly. I really appreciate the rapid turnaround. It's also much easier to access the results online than it used to be (I had a lot of trouble with this a few years ago). Because of the ease at which I was able to download my results, I will definitely use your services again. My only complaint about your service is that I had to go to a Quest facility. Lab Corp is more convenient for me. I wish customers had the option of choosing either Quest or Lab Corp, but I realize that probably isn't possible given the way the contracts work. One final comment. Your lab tests cost just a bit more than identical tests offered by some of your competitors. Getting my results fast with little difficulty is more important than cost in my book, at least for tests done infrequently. However, if I had to test regularly, I might consider other online services to minimize my costs.

Package similar tests together and make it easy to find. For example, have client input tests desired then your website can filter packages so we save money and get more making us feel better about buying.

I was a bit sceptical at first because your prices are better than going through Quest directly. I was afraid that if it seemed too good to be true it probably was. However everything worked out great, the results were sent quickly and I was very satisfied with the whole process. I will use your services again.

Would like to use Access medical labs for blood draw in the future. Everything else was great! Also love the PayPal feature!

Ordering test online was quick and easy. Labs used were in close proximity and hours available was good. Wait time was short and the lab technician was very quick and proficient.

The ordering procedure was quick and simple. The only thing I would like to see improved is the friendliness at the clinic before my blood test was done.
