By mistake, I deleted my lab results. Today I have requested that she send the lab results again. I need this and have requested that they be sent to my daughter, Marilyn Aspen, also. If you could improve communications between the patient and QuestDiagnostics, that would be great. As it is, the patient has to contact Accessa first, then wait to hear from them contacting Quest, etc. Support person Christina was particularly helpful when something went wrong on the lab end during my first draw.
