I made my first appointment on a Friday. When I got to the lab they informed me that they could not do this on a Friday as no one would be there the next day to send my blood off to the lab. I had to reschedule and come back the following Tuesday. I live over an hour away from the lab so this was a major inconvenience.

The technician - lovely woman - was a joy to meet and visit with. She works for Quest Labs I assume. The facilities were noticeably clean and well kept/comfortable.
