It is great that I can check my own labs and follow up to make sure my medicine is working since my doctor doesn't seem to care to, I have not been feeling well and I am a registered nurse, I want to find out what is wrong with me.

In general, the process was pretty good (especially the check in at the Lynnwood Quest I received service at), but I initially went to the Santa Monica location, which was pretty chaotic. The staff in both places seemed stressed; friendly, but they seemed to be spread thin. Of course the rude customers do not help, but demand seemed very high in the mornings, so I hope you can improve upon that. The fact that an appointment is generally suggested as unnecessary seemed misleading when I arrived as a walk-in and was going to have at least an hour wait in Santa Monica. If there is a way to check online before arriving somewhere, that would be helpful too.
