Each time I rang customer service the voicemail answered which was very frustrating as on 2 occasion I needed an urgent response to some questions I had. Surely the company can employ more staff to man the phone lines??

staff always friendly and extra helpful when I call. website very user friendly. Very happy. there are a bit cheaper out there, but I think because I can call and talk to someone local this is my peace of mind.

It was pretty easy to buy the insurance online and didn't take too long. But the proof of an insurance is in how easy and efficient the claim process would unfold should the need arise. And of course I can't comment on that and hope I never will. This means that I can only recommend you for ease of purchase and not for other performance criteria.

I've never bought market insurance before (about to launch my market career!) and i had NO idea you'd be so accommodating to changing the date of the insurance. When Edgar's Mission unfortunately cancelled their market on Sunday i ASSUMED I'd 'written off' that money, however i was so glad i made the phone call to you and you were able to change the date on my policy to the NEXT market stall i have planned next month.
