Communication was great, I used assisted purchase to get something from India because the shopping merchant would not allow you to register an account. Shame on Flipkart for requiring a mobile to register. 1Grandtrunk.com must have contacts all over and resources because this was not an issue for them. Product arrived, It had been sitting in a warehouse for a few years I believe based on the condition of the packaging from factory, but overall satisfied with product and what I ordered was delivered exactly.
