I used assisted purchase to buy an item from an Indian website and deliver it to the netherlands. They give a total price, and after payment through paypal everything was taken care of. The delivery took about 2 weeks, it was the right product i ordered and in good condition. Shipping cost i think is overpriced. Communications over email were clear and friendly. All together, great service.

Abysmal - charged a premium (assisted purchase plus shipping in India when the merchant was shipping for free) and then were slow to ship the package and I had to repeatedly follow up. It took about a month to deliver from the moment I initiated contact. It also was not packed with sufficient space and arrived cramped in the box. Will not use your service again, what a horrible experience.
