This was my first experience with 1GrandTrunk. I initially had a few issues with the website, and they did everything necessary to solve all of my difficulties - quickly, intelligently, and politely. When the delivery service failed to leave my package, and failed to make a second attempt, as promised, the 1GrandTrunk people DROVE AN HOUR TO GO PICK IT UP! (and at no additional charge!).
