Delay due to covid is understandable and I have no issue with it, but nobody contacted to confirm the process will be delayed due to the situation that I am not happy, when tried to contact the representative no answer.

After the situation changed it was a good experience.

Despite the covid challenge which caused the delay, very satisfied with the service. Very good customer service. They are responsive and will provide you comfort that your package is safe and will be delivered to you.

It works and costumer service is nice. It took some time for them to prepare the package, so I would not recommend if it is urgent. But all in all I saved 200$ on buying study books from India, so I'm satisfied.

I kinda hate the fact that I saw India post as one of the options while booking, but once I book I am informed that shipping using India post would no longer be possible - and I had to go with the second cheapest courier service which was significantly expensive than the first option.

Please update your prices / list of courier service you have partnered with. No other complaints. Very pleased overall.

The payment procedure is abnormal.
Your CSR informed me that my payment was not received and requested me to change another paying way on Tuesday or Wednesday. I refused it and asked CSR to show me records. And then Suddenly I got my goods on Friday.

Fortunately, I got my goods finally, but I don’t totally feel safe for the service.

Fantastic service! I ordered some items from an overseas retailer that I was not able to get at home, using assisted purchase service and had them shipped back to me in the U.S. The process went perfect, thanks to the wonderful people working there. Any questions I had were answered promptly and progress was communicated to me in a timely manner. I will definitely use this service again in the future!

This email I am writing to appreciate a fast, safe, beautiful consolidation and effective delivery. There have been some miscommunications, unfortunate incidents of missing items delivery in the incoming consignments. I am sorry to bring that up but I think prize adjust/ breakup is still pending. I expect you guys to work on this and get back to me. This 57 USD should be justified as I know paid shipping is less than 1700 INR. There should be justification for the charges on top of it.
