I took the packs for a 3 day work trip from London to Seattle and they really made a difference with how I was able to cope with the time difference/jet lag. Having done shortly before a 4 day return to Chicago, I felt substantially better and less jet lagged on a trip 2 time zones further and one day shorter. I used my travel wallets for my trip to New York, returning this morning. Managing to feel good and stay awake for a normal bed time. I love the sachets. I definitely felt great on the outbound journey.
