Incredible, works better than i expected. It gets rid of excess humidity within a few minutes, or a couple hours depending if using it for the whole house or a room. Highly recommend!

I like the space heater fine, but the fan force of the heated air is a little anemic in comparison to my Pelonis space hearters.

Wasn't sure of the effectiveness of this unit before I bought it, but seems to work reasonably well collecting water and lowering the humidity.

The product is completely uneffective and a waste of money for us. We tried it in three different positions/heights for our bathroom. In the best conditions it will remove up to 100 ml of water in 24 hours and the bathroom, an area of 33 square ft, is still damp. I was fooled by the advertising of a "30 days money back guarantee for your peace of mind" if unhappy with the purchase. I hadn't read the last line of the returns section saying that "the return must be in an unopened and unused condition". So basically, from what I understand, you can return the product if you are unhappy with the lettering design on the cardboard box but the tape is still on, is that it? How can you know the product suits you if you don't even have the chance to try it? This is a brilliant scheme.

It takes about 4 days to fill the tank, doesn't seem to have an appreciable effect in my basement office, which is just big enough to fit a 4-piece band and a desk and a bookcase. However, I use it in concert with my larger dehumidifier that covers the rest of the basement, in the hopes that it's doing *something*

Not happy with unit. Does not take moisture out of the room. Now they are questioning me why I want to return. Will see if they will accept my return.

In terms of effectiveness for its size, low noise output and pleasing design, it has exceeded my expectations.

Efficiently removes the excess humidity in the family room in the basement. Easy to use and empty the water.

works well, just plug it in and turn it on. Will use it in my RV this winter.

Seems like a nice little unit, well built so cant wait to test it out :)
