The Inspira Futures team helped me find meaningful ways to frame my international applicant status and the diversity of my experiences. The persona assessment calls were in-depth, and the findings list they provided me with was shockingly comprehensive.

Before, I would have said that getting into an Ivy League school was something that wouldn't be possible. Now, I realize that I just needed a bit of extra support to help me get there. My consultant was always upbeat and passionate about my success and seemed to care when I would share my stories and experiences. The detailed persona assessment I received showed me just how much Inspira cares for the applicants they work with - five stars across the board!

I was really torn at the beginning of my process about whether or not to use a consultant - Did I need one? Was it worth the money? Could I get into one of my target schools without help? Would I never get in regardless? Looking back, I can confidently say that working with Inspira Futures was well worth it, and definitely necessary throughout my process. There were two things I appreciated the most about working with Marina - the first was her honesty, and the second was how approachable she was. She always told me when my essays or resume needed more work, sounded cliche, or other pitfalls I feared a consultant wouldn't be as truthful with me about. I felt it was that honesty that I was paying for and really needed, so I appreciated that I could trust her responses and feedback. The second thing I valued about working with Marina was how approachable she was in terms of asking random (and sometimes panicked and silly!) questions about any and all pieces of the process. In addition to the things I appreciated about her working style, I found Marina's proficiency when it came to helping me craft my story, put together a perfected resume, and edit my essays was far past what I expected it to be. I felt like she really listened to me when I spoke about my goals and reasons for going back to school and reminded me of those pieces to my story when I got wrapped up in the minutia of editing or got lost down a certain path. Additionally, she did a great job of keeping me on schedule, which I really need :) Lastly, when I first signed up with Inspria, Marina explained to me that this was a more "hands on" approach to admissions consulting and that they had stripped out the salesforce in order to give really personalized attention to each client. I really felt that devotion throughout working with Marina, and would give her responsiveness an A+. In the end, I got into HBS and couldn't be happier with the results of the process! Have many many thanks to give to Marina for helping me on the way.

After meeting with and chatting with over 7 MBA admissions consultants, ranging from the biggest brand names to the smallest independents, I decided to go with Gabriel and Inspira Futures, as my advisor for 7 schools. Not because he was the most optimistic or the most pessimistic, but because he seemed honest and like an easy guy to work with, with an equal to or better track record of success versus his competitors.

We agreed on some safe schools, some matches, and some reaches, and decided that a strategy of applying to 8 match-to-reaches with no safety schools would be an optimal strategy for my goals and risk tolerance. I applied to all of the M7+Tuck, and to my surprise received offers of admission to 3 of the 8 schools, with interviews and eventual waitlist at 2 more, which I chose not to pursue. I decided to go to HBS as I got a $46K scholarship.

As a realist, I understand that a lot of your profile is set in stone. GMAT, GPA, Work experience but there is still a huge amount of room to market yourself in a certain way that Inspira Futures was key in. Knowing what pieces of my career and background to emphasize were part of this.

One additional reason I chose Inspira Futures over some of the larger companies was that he ensured me that whether it was interview prep, essay brainstorming, or essay revisions, he would be the only person I spoke and dealt with whether by phone or email. This ended up being absolutely 100% true. There are of course other good consultants out there, but Gabriel is extremely connected to the process and is able to identify trends that others cannot.

Coming from a technical engineering role in an industry that doesn't value an MBA like other industries, I didn't know many people who had pursued a full-time MBA. In addition, I didn't have the best GMAT score (below the average but within the 80%) for an over-represented male applicant. For these two reasons, I looked for an admission consultant to ensure I put the best application forward.

While doing my due diligence, I happened to connect with a mutual friend who had used Inspira Futures and is now at Wharton. With this lead, I connected with them who took the time to understand my profile and needs. I got matched with a consultant who came from a similar background as me and whose strengths as admission consultant aligned strongly with my needs.

I knew I would not need someone to push me to write my applications. Rather, I needed someone to ensure I was telling the best version of my story. I also knew I would struggle with telling my work experience in layman terms, so I needed a consultant who has helped other engineers in a technical line of work.

I am happy to say that he met and exceeded all my expectations. He took the time to learn about me in order to help me craft my story in a truthful and compelling manner. I would often leave comments regarding any part of my application (essays, resumes, short answers, etc.) to gather additional feedback from him. No matter how much I wrote, he always read every comment. In addition, he was excellent at helping me showcase leadership examples while removing nonessential technical knowledge to tell a clear and concise story.

The school packages were comprehensive. Every part of my application was reviewed until it was ready (no edit counts) and feedback was provided within 2-3 days. This included supplemental essays after the application was submitted and even waitlist help (if needed).

Luckily for me, I was accepted to my top choice school, MIT Sloan with $80k of scholarship. I cannot thank Inspira Futures enough! I would recommend them to anyone who feels they need a razor-sharp application to get accepted into their dream school.

Though I felt confident with a lot of my other application documents, I'm happy I signed up to work with Inspira Futures. Since recommendations were beyond my control, I was worried my recommenders wouldn't share important things I needed them to. The recommendation letter strategy my consultant helped me develop made sure that all my recommenders received notes on what I needed and how it would tie into the rest of my application.

I worked with Inspira Futures on my US MBA applications. My strategist exemplified the most essential quality needed in an admissions consultant - being invested in client's success. She worked beyond the time limits to give my application the best chance I could possibly get.

I worked with her on my school selection, essays and resume. Compared to many other consultants that I have met, she showed intimate knowledge of most schools (gained through school visits) and advised me on possibilities of cracking a given school keeping in mind my post-MBA career ambitions. On essays, she helped shape a compelling story in a manner, which only an experienced consultant could have done. But most of all, the killer-punch was the resume. She helped me completely reshape my career-resume to an MBA-resume, which I felt was an important piece of constructive feedback.

Overall I highly recommend Inspira Futures and it was a pleasure working with them.

Working with Inspira Futures was a wonderful experience - and I recommend working with them to refine and develop anyone's business school applications. From the beginning, my counselor was both honest and forthright about my business school goals, and guided me on the best way to approach the process. We had spoken on the phone for two separate 30 minute sessions, and he really made me understand what to expect. He spoke to how I could effectively use my time, and how much work the admissions process required for the number of schools I planned to apply to. We got started working together quickly after speaking on the phone, and I cannot express how helpful he was in getting the process started. I applied to 3 schools with him, and a 4th with some assistance. He's incredibly knowledgeable about individual MBA admissions processes, and was a valuable guide in navigating my goals and tasks, keeping me engaged in the process. Our time was spent mining my professional and personal accomplishments, while understanding how to present my strengths and weaknesses to present an overall polished and unique application. He helped me develop a fully thought out idea for my goals, and how I could effectively present myself as a business school candidate. Most importantly, he guided me on really thinking about why I'm interested in business school, and understanding what I want to get out of it in terms of furthering my career. Without working with him, I'm confident that my applications would not have been as polished as they turned out to be, and I wouldn't have as clearly defined goals as I do now. I highly recommend working with Inspira Futures. Since working with them I have been accepted to my top choice Business School - MIT Sloan, and am awaiting responses from the other schools to which I applied. He is wonderful to work with; he's honest, timely, organized, and conscious of your concerns and how you want to present yourself as a business school applicant. He was able to help me leverage my professional accomplishments to strengthen my application and achieve my goals.

Inspira Futures was outstanding to work with through my MBA application process. My consultant was instrumental in setting out a strategic plan to navigate past my low undergrad GPA and highlighting my strengths in the applications. The process started with a few brief calls to get to know one another. Followed by strategic planning sessions. She tailored everything to help fit my ideal process and was very responsive at all hours of the day and night. She was great at editing essays and using short hand to help highlight my strengths without rambling. Furthermore, her vast knowledge of European schools and previous experience in admissions were invaluable. She was always readily available to deal with any question or issue at moment's notice. Ultimately, I was accepted into LBS. I highly recommend Inspira Futures. The investment was worth every penny.

Before starting the application process, I spoke with several MBA consultants and Inspira Futures really stood out to me because not only was she very insightful, encouraging and pragmatic, she also genuinely cared about my success. In terms of the applications, Inspira Futures was able to extract elements from my professional and personal experiences in a way that I would never have thought of on my own. My consultant truly invested herself in me, and because of that she was able to dig deep to help me piece together a compelling story. With each draft of the essay, she provided incredibly helpful feedback that strengthened my overall narrative. When I submitted my applications, I felt extremely confident that I had presented the best version of myself - and that was all because of Inspira Futures. When it came to the interviews too, she provided excellent guidance to help me stand out. I was admitted to two of my top choices, Kellogg & Haas (both with significant scholarship!), and I sincerely mean it when I say this would have been impossible had it not been for Inspira Futures. If you're looking for a consultant, they are your BEST resource, and I enthusiastically recommend Inspira Futures!!

As a deferred MBA applicant coming right out of college with zero full-time work experience, I came into the MBA application process completely blind. I would not have been accepted to ANY deferred programs without Inspira Futures' help. My counselor helped me cool my nerves about applying, advised me on exactly what I needed to do to position myself as a top candidate, and his editing on my resume and essay worked wonders with regards to highlighting my experiences and making me stand out in the crowd. His strength is in helping people focus on their stories in their essays and I think I definitely got a lot out of his editing. I also worked with him on an hourly basis but still felt like he was fully encouraging and was 100% engaged with my application. Overall, Inspira Futures was invaluable during my MBA admissions process and I was accepted to two of my top choices (including HBS 2+2) as a result!

Inspira Futures is second-to-none when it comes to MBA consultants -they are a fantastic consulting group. If you're considering using an MBA consultant, I would be remiss to not sing Inspira's highest praises. They were instrumental in guiding me through the application process and helping me achieve the outcomes that I was fortunate to receive. They will push you, but it is well worth it. I approached the MBA process with some element of anxiety - I was switching jobs after a two year program (from finance to corporate finance / strategy) and came from an over-represented background (white male in finance, undergraduate business degree) with median GPA and GMAT per the top schools that I was targeting. I had spoken with several other consultants prior to speaking with Inspira; I felt that Inspira Futures was able to expertly articulate my story from just my resume and our introductory conversation. They were very honest and evaluate your candidacy and what might need to incrementally improve in the coming months. They focused their time on a small number of clients in order to maximize potential success - their client's admissions statistics to the top schools is staggering! Highlights - What made my counselor different from the other consultants my friends have worked with is that she truly cares about you as a candidate and a person. I'd guess that she spends more time per client by a factor of 10. She would root for my personal and professional successes and would always ask how I was doing. She truly supported me over the last fourteen months and is still one of the go-to people with whom I share meaningful life updates - She is also very honest. She would let me know when she didn't think a potential interview answer was up to snuff or when an essay was lackluster. She ensures that you put your absolute best foot forward - Having guided clients towards elite MBA programs, she understands the rigor of the MBA process and prepares her clients accordingly. She makes a point to have the school selection process an introspective one - what you put into these initial sessions makes a huge difference. She has a swath of relationships among current and former admissions committee members and knows the strengths of each school and how your personality and professional aspirations may or may not fit - She helps you "brand" yourself and creates an application that speaks to your strengths. Sometimes you may feel that she knows you more than you know yourself! Throughout this process, she consistently pushed me on my career goals (short- and long-term) and made sure that I had done requisite diligence on the schools, classes / professors, and extracurricular activities. She also encouraged me to speak with current students and alumni to get a better sense of what two years at a particular program might be like, which I found extremely helpful. If I failed to mention a logical class, professor, or activity, she would always ask why I chose to not include it. She will be your partner in research and is truly a teammate in the process Over a year later, I am so fortunate to have been accepted at Wharton (with fellowship), Booth, and Tuck. I attribute a massive portion of this to Inspira's prudent guidance, mentorship, and encouragement, and I am forever grateful for their keen professionalism and now friendship. The absolute best.

Mary was a phenomenal consultant and support throughout my MBA application process. From the initial consultation, she understood my background and connected with me on my challenges in a way few other consultants ever had! She developed a personalized strategy for me that inspired confidence in myself. She also provided valuable assistance in school selection, helping me focus my search and narrowing it down to 6 programs. She has an established process and her own structured frameworks that did an amazing job of distilling all my past experiences. She helped me take those results and formulate my personal story that was relevant and made sense for MBA application essays and interviews. Mary understands what the admissions committees look for and her advice was always spot on! She was always accessible and her communication is prompt. What stood out to me about Mary: - True, customized approach that was suitable for my application strategy - How well she understands Adcom members on the other side of the table - How invested she is in her clients. This level of care is reflected in her feedback and interactions: quality and detail-oriented from essay reviews to mock interviews - Her expertise not only on the major US programs but also on the European programs I was considering as well Mary is a consummate professional and her assistance was truly an end-to-end experience. I worked on 6 schools with her and I received Round 1 acceptances from 4 of them. Best investment I ever made. I am proud LBS MBA admit! I would enthusiastically recommend Mary and Inspira Futures to anyone.

I had a great time working with my consultant. She took the time to understand who I am based on my background and experiences both personal and professional before diving into essays and interview prep which I think was a fabulous approach. This rapport and the Inspira Futures strategy/process helped me to build winning essays that landed me acceptance to my top choice in MBA program. I had a very busy schedule and very short turnaround time while applying for business school and she showed me so much patience, determination and attention to detail. I wanted to do better for myself but also as a result of her motivation. I was 100% satisfied after every cent was spent on this package with no regrets. I was accepted to Wharton and U Chicago Booth. I would highly recommend working with Inspira Futures!

From our initial call, my consultant made it clear the process was more than just helping me gain admission to my programs of choice. Instead, we spent a significant amount of time identifying my core values and how these shaped my long term goals. This in turn helped to lay the foundation for why I was looking to pursue my MBA in the first place. The application process was constantly evolving, but she was my sounding board throughout the uncertainty. She was always very timely in her feedback and available by phone or email whenever I needed. Even small things like sending me school events or LinkedIn profiles that matched my career interests demonstrate how she really goes above and beyond. Additionally, while you work with one consultant, you benefit from the collective knowledge of the Inspira team which is tremendously helpful as well. As I write this I am deciding between two of my top choice programs - Wharton and CBS, with a fellowship offer. While the decision to work with a consultant is significant investment of time and money, I believe it's well worth it as you come out of the process with a clear understanding of yourself and a roadmap for how to achieve your long term ambitions.

I worked with Inspira Futures on a number of schools. I had experience with other consulting services last year that were more well known and didn't succeed. They seemed to just go through the motions with me. Inspira Futures was different. Recommended to me, I did the free consult but was suspicious going into it, as I really thought all consultants were the same. They're not, and I could see that after one call with Inspira Futures. I talked with Julie and trusted her to match me with a right consultant based on a detailed personality assessment she did for me. My consultant has a wealth of experience and really wants the best for her clients. What is great about her is that she is tough and demanding; it definitely yields results. In a competitive environment, you need a consultant that guides you and tells you what business schools are looking for. She is one of those consultants. She will go through your goals, work experience, and history. Her experience allows her to quickly connect the dots on what works and what does not. More importantly, she really cares for her clients and you may not see this in all consultants. She truly is excited about your success and will guide you every step of the way. With her, I redefined my goals in a way that I never knew schools would be drawn to and that genuinely excited me. That is just one of the ways she helped me stand out from my competition. The results speak for itself. I got interviews at 4 schools and a very large scholarship to attend Kellogg. If you are considering working with a consultant, speak to Inspira Futures.

In the last 6 months, I had the pleasure of working with Inspira Futures for my MBA applications. I would 100% recommend Inspira Futures to anyone who wants to elevate his/her application to the next level. Before I met Inspira Futures, I didn't even know how to start the applications. My team at Inspira guided me in a very structured way during the process. Thanks to them, I never had the feeling of being overwhelmed or being lost in the process. What makes Inspira great is that they have extended knowledge of what the admissions want. They know exactly what to do to make you can stand out. They have the natural ability to listen to you. He picks things up that maybe doesn't seem important for you but can be a huge dealbreaker for your application. My counselor brought his full experiences and knowledge into the process. All of this in a very gentle and humble manner. He will never force or push his opinions on you. He goes even further than the extra mile. At one moment, I doubted my list of universities. He gave me so many insights about the possibilities in the MBA landscape. He provided me a total picture of business schools, which was for me, living overseas, a huge help. Hiring Inspira Futures was one of my best investments. I have zero regrets. The only regret is that I did not work them sooner.

Raquel is a coach with a heart. My interaction with Raquel started during my first half-hour consultation with Inspira Futures. I had no expectations of Inspira then, and was undecided in signing up for a coach. But within the first few minutes of our call, Raquel's warm and friendly persona drew me in like quicksand. There was never a mention of business sale. Our conversation was personal and authentic. It was at that point I knew engaging Inspira Futures was the right move for me. Raquel played a very important role of a coach and a pseudo mentor and friend throughout my MBA application journey. She checked up on me every other week to see if I was doing well, giving me support and guidance to navigate through the gruelling 3-month process and life in general. She was genuine in getting to know me as a person person, including my personality type and values, and was tremendously prompt in answering my queries (+my occasional need for emotional support). I believe that Raquel's care for people comes from a place with a high level of empathy, which is rare today. Her support is pivotal to me realizing the importance of happiness in life, which led to me express this in my writing, and gaining acceptance into Stanford GSB and Columbia Business School. If you are looking for a coach who cares for you regardless of your background, has strong credentials and experience and has a genuine heart to see you succeed, look no further - Raquel is the person for you.

Having been in the tech industry for 9 years, my goal of wanting to do an MBA was very specific: I wanted to leverage my tech background and life experiences to accomplish my dream of being a tech-focused social entrepreneur. Right from the start, I knew that my case was going to be tough from a demographics perspective - an older applicant to a full-time MBA program in a highly competitive Indian male tech engineer pool. So what all this meant was that even with a 750 GMAT I needed all the help I could get to make it to a top 10 MBA program. Inspira Futures understood my requirements very well. But what really set Inspira apart was their unique mix of school specific insight, attention to detail, and a refreshing in-your-face approach that really helped cut to the chase in every aspect of my application. Add to that, their amazing response time consistently throughout the process meant that help and guidance was only an email, Zoom or phone call away. I'm happy to say that my goal of making it to my dream top 10 school came true and Inspira Futures played a big role in it. I'm not sure if I could've managed the roller coaster emotional ride that is MBA apps all on my own and having Inspira by my side every step of the way helped both the quality of my work and my sanity. I would highly highly recommend them!
