Great juices, website and customer service is somewhat lacking. I ordered three bottles during your great flash sale, but the website wouldn't let me pick a nicotine strength for two of the bottles. I sent an email to customer service, asking them to make sure the other two bottles matched the strength of the first bottle. Never heard back. Shipment came and sure enough, I ended up with one good bottle and two bottles that I'm going to have to source my own nicotine for. Not the end of the world, but certainly disappointing. I understand that this is an atypical time, but I still think an email to customer service with my order info and everything should have fixed the problem, since the website was wonky. Not my first order and this is the first time I've had an issue.
