I am gratified by the rapid response to my purchase. I forgot the discount code. I am underwhelmed at that aspect of the transaction as with the expense of the shipping. Postal shipping at nearly eight bucks seemed extravagant. Also I feel it would be more comforting to have been able to add the carrier route pre sort four digit extender to the delivery zip code. With the pre sort extender, it will go from the airport to my branch office carrier on arrival. Without, the package will go to the main office to be mechanically sorted from the address to the carrier route. Then it will set overnight awaiting the morning airport drip and the pre sort addressed new incoming, and then sent to the branch and designated carrier route. So by including the additional four digits can save a day setting in the main post orifice. An example of my zip with carrier route pre sort is 73120-4905. The four digits will bypass sorting and waiting overnight at the main. It goes immediately with the other stuff that has been previously sorted and waited overnight.

Absolutely perfect.

Great juices, website and customer service is somewhat lacking. I ordered three bottles during your great flash sale, but the website wouldn't let me pick a nicotine strength for two of the bottles. I sent an email to customer service, asking them to make sure the other two bottles matched the strength of the first bottle. Never heard back. Shipment came and sure enough, I ended up with one good bottle and two bottles that I'm going to have to source my own nicotine for. Not the end of the world, but certainly disappointing. I understand that this is an atypical time, but I still think an email to customer service with my order info and everything should have fixed the problem, since the website was wonky. Not my first order and this is the first time I've had an issue.
