I purchased the Zizzo Campo folding bike and love it. My husband ended up getting one also after he tried mine. He was surprised because he is 6'2" and wasn't sure if it would work for him I also purchased the back rack and it looks amazing! We love the bikes they fit in elevator at our condo

My experience was not so good bike broke had to pay for it my self it was still under warranty but zizzo refused to cover the bike repair.

Bought a refurbished LIBERTE and couldn't be happier with the experience. Customer service is top notch and the bike works perfectly as described. I recommend this bike to my friends and also to the folks on reddit r/foldingbikes

I can only speak highly of your customer service. The individual, and I am ashamed to say I can’t remember his name, that helped me went out of his way for me. I am a truck driver and was not able to stay at my mailing location in TN long enough to receive my order. He put in enough time to research and get back with me to find a location in Elmira NY where I was able to have the package send and pick up once I got there. Super super helpful guy, true to his word and to providing excellent customer service.

The front wheel struts are too short, so that the fenders and tires are too close, which is prone to friction. In addition, the support rod is directly installed on the front wheel shaft. The front wheel shaft screw is too short, and the screw cap only has a few teeth, which will easily cause the front wheel to loosen and detach, which is very dangerous.

I was pleased with how quickly the item was shipped. The communication has been great after the sale as well.

Pros -The bike takes less than a minute to fold. It's a fun bike to ride and I enjoy it. Cons - The bike is about 1.7" longer, folded, than advertised and weighs a pound more, too. It's still compact and light.

The zizzo forte is a great bike! Very convenient I'm 6'3 220 lbs and it cruises. It's a bit rough going up steep hills and really windy days. But over all 4/5. Great starter foldable bike.

I purchased a refurbished Liberte bike and bike trainer along with it, everything arrived on time and if good condition. I am very happy with the purchase and will probably buy the Urbano in the future. Concerning the customer service of this commpany, I noticed they had a special on the bike trainer a few days after I purchased mine. I emailed the company to see if they would grant me the same discount on the trainer even though the special came out after I bought mine. Tony and Beau responded and took care of me quickly, they gave me a discount off the trainer and within a couple of days it was resolved. Fantastic customer service and great videos of How to work on your bike on their website. Great company to do business with, buy one of their bikes or accessories, you will by happy. 5/5 stars.
