Very pleased with my Urbano. A very good solution for having a bike that can be stored in a vehicle for road trips.

I bought the Urbano because it was supposed to be good for more rough roads. Moved back to New Orleans for the the winter and wanted a good bike to commute to work on. The roads here in NOLA are about like mountain biking, they are basically a patchwork of unending potholes. I'd ridden another foldable bike here before and it was awful on these roads. To my great joy the Urbano has taken these crazy roads like a total champ! I'm infinitely impressed with the comfort of the ride and the ability of the Urbano to handle the worst roads in the country! And it's super light! I'm only about 96lbs, and am so happy I can fold the bike so easily and lift it easily into the back of a friend's car. I couldn't be happier. I absolutely love this bike!

Wow! That is my impression of my two new Zizzo Urbanos! I had been looking for a folding bike that I could put in the car and take to the park, river bottom and places that my full size “neighborhood” bike can’t easily go. I did not want to invest in a trailer hitch and bike rack for my car, in order to take them to the places I mentioned. I was concerned that these bikes might feel small, or even like I was riding a kids bike. But was I wrong! These bikes really do ride like a BIG bike. Believe it or not, they are even more fun than my regular full size bike. I purchased two Urbanos. One for me and another so I could take one of my kids or my wife with me on my biking adventures. The bike feels solid and the components that Zizzo puts on these bikes are great. Customer service was fantastic when I called with questions about the bikes before I ordered. Zizzo also has lots of videos on Youtube that can help you to fix or modify your bike. I have watched them all, and at this point, I feel like I know Tony. He is the Zizzo info guy! I can’t say enough great things about these bikes. If you enjoy bike riding, you are really going to love these Zizzo folding bikes!

The quality of the bike is very good but I did not realize that choosing to purchase a second hand product from this company meant that I would be receiving second hand customer service. I will not be a return patron.

Campo owner. Ordered a replacement rear wheel because gears were screwed up on old one. The service was excellent. The rim looks nice. I hope the gears on this do not fail like last one. Overall the affordability makes up for it.
