I bought this for a 80 year old friend and unpacked it and it came assembled and ready to ride, the tires just needed air. I rode it once and really liked it and so did my friend. Due to the weather and some health issues, he hasn't ridden it since but will soon. The green color was a matte finish instead of glossy. The 300 lb weight capacity, quality and price was the main reason for buying it.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our Zizzo folding bikes! We have used them everyday on our holidays and love the ease with which they fold, and how easily they fit into our vehicle. When we experienced a problem with the chain guard, a quick call to the shop had us talking with Beau. He was wonderful! Everything you’d hope for in an employee- helpful, courteous and efficient. Within a few days we had a new part in our hands and we were back on the road. We highly recommend the bike and are very appreciative of the great service.

Very nice bike. Smooth ride and feels like a solid well built bike. Took awhile to get the main frame to snap into place. Had to fiddle back and forth with allen wrenchs. But overall I would highly recommend!

We bought this bike for traveling with our RV. It fits right into the RV's rear compartment. We are so impressed with the how little space this bike takes up in the rear compartment when it is folded and how comfortable it is to ride, we plan on purchasing another one when we arrive home. And even with two Zizzo bikes in our RV's rear compartment we will still have room because of the bikes compact size and their folding design. Great bike.

I heard of Zizzo from TikTok a last year and have been obsessed with getting one ever since. I finally caved and got the ‘23 Forte and I’m in love. It’s gotten me out of the house and moving a lot more and the convenience of being able to fold it is just awesome. The shipping was fast and putting it together the first was so easy. It’s a great little simple bike.

I bought the Urbano and it’s a great bike for the price point compared to it’s competitors. Not many people know that the co-founder of Zizzo is also the cofounder of Dahon which are the pioneers of folders. Its a very light bike, my previous folder weighed 30+ pounds and bulky. The customer service is also nice as you won’t be on hold for 20+ minutes. Be sure to check out their tech videos so you can save some money to fix issues instead of bringing it to an expert.

To put it bluntly, you guys rock! Amazing customer service! I ordered the coral color by mistake and I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to change my choice before it shipped. But you guys took care of me request wonderfully. About the bike…I love my bike! Zizzo Forte. It has made bike riding fun again for me. I now use to commute to work and in turn it has invigorated my life both at work and at home. I also bought the truck bag. Great bag by the way. I use it to store my lunch and the panniers comes in handy. What else can I say? Zizzo makes biking fun again!
