I LOVE my Urbano. But there is a squeal in my front wheel when I apply front breaks. Doesn't happen on the rear wheel. Also, in about 5th & 6th gear, I feel a slight grinding. What's up with that? Brand new, less than 100 miles on the bike. I have read that front squeal when breaking might be improperly tuned break pads...other than those 2 problems, the bike is great. It's just a little bit of a let down on a brand new bike. That's why I am giving 3 stars...these things should not be happening on a brand new bike.

Hi Tony and Beau. Just opened my second ZiZZO. First a Liberte and today a Forte. I use my Liberte daily around neighborhood and got Forte for RV. I love my Ferro. It's a versatile, stylish, well-built bike, for a terrific price. You can't beat it. When I took it to a local bike shop for the safety check I got nothing but compliments from the technician, who had seen every kind of bike under the sun.

I love this bike. I haven't ridden a bike in years, so I was very impressed by how the bike almost right out of the box was rideable. I opened up the and took the packing offf and then unfolded it and off I rode.

Purchased a rear rack for our Urbano. Fits great after making some adjustments so that it fit over the fender. Just ordered a second rack for our other Urbano.
