I broke a pedal and ordered new. They arrived promptly and were a greatly improved design from the original on my Zizzo Via bike. At first I could not figure out how to fold the new one but a phone call and an email resolved my problem quickly.

Since Toyota does not build a trailer hitch for its newer Sienna models, I was unable to take a bike to the park with my autistic son (he rides a three wheel bike which fits in the back of the van). This was the perfect solution: it folds and unfolds easily, is relatively lightweight and is comfortable to ride. The gear shift works better than my Schwinn's. I'm planning on purchasing another for friends or family who travel with me a couple of weeks a year in the mountains of Virginia. This is a great product!

I was disappointed with my Liberte refurbished bike, for two reasons. I’d previously purchased a red Urbano which I really loved. I bought the Liberte as it was slightly lighter in weight than the Urbano & had quick release wheels, which I thought would be a bonus. I really don’t know why, but I wish that I had bought another Urbano which always gave me a real buzz to ride. The seat on the Liberte is just so uncomfortable, so maybe the fact that after a short ride I had to spend $50 on a new seat took the edge off my new purchase.

The bike came in perfect condition, on time, and I was able to register it without any issue whatsoever. I managed to get the scraping sound from the brakes to stop thanks a tutorial video Zizzo's website provided, and I can't wait to start using the bike full-time!
