I still have no received my order (#19692)

Great bike. Right out of the box. Super fun. Easy riding. The wife wants a cushier seat. I find the stock seats to be fine.

I love my bike- it’s sturdy and easy to take - anywhere you want to . At first I thought it would be fragile- but I was pleasantly surprised at its durability

I am delighted with this bike. I have only had a chance to do a couple of rides of 10 miles each, and I am impressed with its quality. It is light and stiff and has an excellent ride. This bike is a deal. I bought a returned Liberte at discount and I can't find any flaws or why it was returned.

Very pleased with the bike overall. What I am not pleased with was the amount of logo branding on the bike. I understand you need to get your name out there, but the website on the back bracket makes this bike look cheap and no different from a rental. The name on the main frame, logo on the front and seat are enough. 1 star taken off for the excessive branding that makes my $500 folding bike look like a $2 an hour rental. 1 star taken off for the mismatch crank bolts. I know this is very minor, but I expect a $500 bike to have matching pieces, even if it's something as tiny as crank bolts. Breaks are rubbing, I will have to get those adjusted. But no stars taken off as it may just need some breaking in. Will I recommend this folding bike? Heck yes! I took this bike to South Beach and rode it up and down Ocean Drive and had someone stop me and ask about the bike. I convinced him it was worth it and he said he was going home to order one. Advice to Zizzo, word of mouth will always out sale tacky branding, like the unnecessary website on my bottom bracket that I now have to cover bc it looks so tacky. Overall, I highly recommend this folding bike. I've only had it for a few weeks, so I can't comment on it's durability, but it feels durable.

It’s a fast bike , and very light , it’s better than big brand folding bikes that sell for over $1,000. I was surprised it had a sealed bottom hollow bottom bracket and nicer parts for a folding bike. Amazing mechanical parts .better than an ebike, because ebike batteries are expensive to replace. Les exercise in ebikes defeat the purpose why we ride bikes to begin with.

Quality construction and priced right...good value! Smooth shifting of 8 gears. Braking system is excellent. Easy to fold and unfold. I test drove before I purchased. That was the deal maker!

Absolutely a great bike

A little difficult to get the rear axle in and out of the trainer. I was hoping I could just pop it in but it takes some wrangling. However once it is set up it is a blessing to have my folding bike to ride inside on cold winter days.

Ordered a refurbished Liberte bike, arrived undamaged in well protected - double box with lots of plenty of packing strength...bike looks as good as new to me ! Customer service was MORE THAN SUPERB ! Answered all the questions I had, almost instantly by email .... I am 6', 220 lbs and this bike fits me perfectly, I have to extend the handle bars and seat almost to the top setting, but the only difference I notice while riding, is that it is a whole bunch lighter than my full size bike (easier to peddle and maneuver), and the bumps are a little more pronounced, but not overly bothersome ! My next mission will be to see if I can break it down to fit into a regular large suitcase, so I can take it on flights. I think there is a video of someone doing this on Youtube... my next project ! Very good support, good bike at a great price.

I’m really impressed with the quality of the bike. When I unpacked I only had to make a few adjustments. I think the video could have done a better job of how to release the levers, I struggled with that part but now it’s a snap. I got the Urbano because of the lighter weight and fenders. I plan to use it for my one mile commute to work. The rack and bag will hold my purse and lunch. I also got the indoor exercise trainer and it doesn’t take up much space inside my apartment at all. Thanks for the great customer service and the military discount!
