I bought a Liberte a few months ago for taking with me on travels when I need a bike that doesn't take too much space. With aerobars it's the perfect travel bike. It's light, fast, and a great workout/exploring bike while abroad. I highly recommend it. I just wish that it came with a double crank option at the front for the steep hills. I put a second ring, but with no front derailleur and a less than optimal chain line, it's not ideal. it does the job though.Highly recommended !
A master class in terrible customer support, I’m not going to waste my time typing out my complaints. Your support team can lift a finger and read the embarrassing correspondence associated with my ticket.
Bike is great and affordable. It does seem like the parts change as I ordered two of the same bike and the parts were slightly different between bikes. Nonetheless, the bike was a good value.
Purchased the zizzo liberte and received it in a very timely fashion and very well packaged for shipping.
The zizzo is an amazing bike with one of my main criteria's being a light bike for commuting purposes. This has now become my daily driver. Only one comment is it would be nice to see your team using a trigger shifter instead of a twist and potentially adding a bigger crankset.
I haven't ridden a bike in years. The Campo, along with the extremely helpful product videos, and the great customer service, helped me get back in the saddle with confidence. Great brand, great product, great service.
I recently purchased a Campo and Aria folding bike for my wife and myself to replace our regular full size bikes. We use the folding bikes for casual riding at the beach boardwalk and a national parks. I previously read reviews on the folding bikes not being well built, however these bikes are the perfect fit for my wife and I and we had used them in the national parks in Virginia and in North Carolina. The bikes are very well constructed and I think the people who gave bad reviews do not have an understanding of bike maintenance. I recommend also buying the Zizzo bike carrier bag which is very well made and padded inside and waterproof and we know this already because we were stuck in a storm recently and our bikes were completely dry as the bikes were in the back of my truck in the carriers. We really enjoy the fact that the bikes are very lightweight and easy to manage.
Delivery was prompt. Videos helped with assembly. One problem, typical of folding bikes, it is actually a 5 speed bike - not the 7-speed bike advertised. The lower 2 gears skip when I try to shift into them. Will see if gears can be adjusted but web reports indicate that most folding bikes are unsuitable for hilly or mountainous terrain. Appears the Zizzo Forte is also not suitable for hilly terrain.
Got my Urbano within a couple days of ordering. Great packaging, bike was easy to set up. Really appreciate the tech videos available on the Zizzo website as well. And of course I love the bike. So fun to ride.
I am quite shocked by the return cost as compared with the price of the items (in my case, around 60% value of the goods I bought on the website by just shipping returning stuff back). I hope in your website, you may kindly remind online customers about such risk of hidden fees and extra high cost on returning stuff when shopping through your online store .
I am a 91 year old cardiologist. I have ridden bikes since age 4, lately riding every day, 100 miles per week, 2000 miles each 6 month season in Florida. For the past 2 yr I have had trouble swinging my leg over the bar. I bought a step through that was so unstable I had to return it. I have had my Zizzo Liberte for 2 weeks and love it. The shift is smooth and the brakes are excellent. I feel more secure on the lower center of gravity. Mounting and dismounting is not as easy as a step through but is close enough to a step through to be serviceable.
I have one problem. On arrival the front wheel was much softer than the rear. I will see how things go over the next week or two.
This bike is just what I needed! Customer service was fantastic in communicating about arrival time, etc.
In case it helps anyone else to know this, the bike + bike box is just about exactly 50 lbs if you have a bike lock inside as well. Which for me mattered a lot because I needed to bring it on a lengthy amtrak trip, and your baggage cannot exceed 50 lbs.
Every experience we have had with Zizzo personnel has been great! Whoever answers the phone is cheerful, helpful, and efficient. And the products are great!
