Hi, I'm very sorry to read that you are unsatisfied. You are right. We were, and still are, experiencing problems with the phone system but we did answer your emails. You sent us the first email on March 20th, which we answered on the same day, asking for pictures. The conversation went on where we usually answered the next day. I do not think that an answer the following day is a bad response time, it is the time that will take you to receive an answer from any respectable seller. On March 24th we shipped you a replacement for the part that was damaged, and it reached you on April 4th. I am sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied, but I really do not think that the review is just and reflects us as a company.
