Overall the experience was good my only complaint was when I ordered a 16 inch barrel. The website said there were around 22-27 in stock. I didn’t receive a shipping notice and contacted ZFI. They said it would be about 2 months because the barrels were made to order. That is not a problem I would just say try to make the website more clear so people don’t get the wrong idea. But other than that it was great and when I did send an email I got a response with in a few hrs so great customer service

Although support was very quick with responses to questions I wasnt really a fan that no where on the website did it say where they were located. At the least its not very apparent where your shipment is coming from. When I realized it was coming from over seas I promptly ask the next day how long it would take and if I could cancel my order. I was told I could not cancel my order, only refuse it when it arrived which is practically impossible to do now a days. I was also told my order would take 14 to 30 days to receive. This is a ridiculous time frame to not be made aware prior to placing an order.

Unfortunately your order had already shipped , so we couldn't stop it to cancel your order.
