Just made a 25 pound batch of venison summer sausage with the “H Summer Unit” blend and 60/40 ratio. Very happy with the results.

The gambrel has a simple elegant design that makes it easy to use and cleans up well. I process some wild game and if a hunter forgets to make an incision for the gambrel the slightly pointy design makes it easy to poke through and hang the game without using a knife. Also it seems fairly heavy duty and I’m hoping it will last for many years to come.

Great products at a fair price. The 30lb electric sausage stuffer worked fantastic for its first run for me. We did 75lbs of summer sausage and the casings from Walton's work well also.

Bought the #12 grinder. Used it yesterday grinding 3 deer and worked flawlessly. This is an awesome grinder and wish I had found it sooner!
