2 stars because I returned the unit without even trying it because my wife found an identical unit on ebay for 25% less money. Since it's a hand crank, (no motor) I almost have to say the quality is the same. This unit was made in China. Where are your units produced. Why is yours so much higher in cost?

Bob, I am sorry to hear that our item didn't work out for you. I am not sure why there pricing would be different. They may have access to wholesale outlet pricing or a bulk rate that we do not have. Our product is also made in China. If you would like to email us the vendor information on the other one we can look into it but without being able to compare the two I am not able to say why there is a price difference.
