Although I haven't gotten to use this stuffer I can say it is well built. Good and heavy including the gears. I think this will do the trick.

Jerry's brat mix is a great. I mix it with deer and 1/2 cup corn syrup for the best brats I have ever had ever buddy loved them!

I unpacked my vacuum tumbler for the first time yesterday and made beef jerky. The tumbler was well packaged and in good working order. It is well built, tumbled the meat as expected. They inclosed several packets of marinade. I'm eager to give them a try
