Everything was very clear and easy to find

Your login and password system sucks.. It NEVER remembers my password... So, I change it... Then it tells me "someone has the e-mail address already... then I change it.. After about 3 tries I finally get in... This is the 3rd time this has happened to me... Maybe I'm an idiot or your instructions are not clear..
